How Can I Cancel My Monthly Subscription?
You can cancel your subscription by logging into your account via a desktop, visiting your “Account Settings”, and selecting “Change My Plan”. Follow the onscreen steps for “Want to Cancel” you will be prompted to fill out a very short survey and confirm your cancellation. Once your cancellation is complete, all billing will be cancelled and a confirmation email will be automatically received for your records.
Please note you cannot cancel and repurchase a subscription in the same month to receive the same box twice. Billing will be placed if resubscribing in the same month – and reserve the next month’s box for you.
Remember, if you’ve already been billed for the current month (on the 1st for the women’s subscription), your cancellation will be effective starting next month.
If you have a 3 month, 6 months or a yearly subscription – in the final month of your subscription after your last Kingdom Box has been shipped you will see a red “Opt out of renewal” link in your account. This must be selected before the 1st of the following month to ensure this is not renewed and the subscription cancelled.
You will not see a link to “opt out” and cancel the subscription if you are trying to do this before the final month of your subscription.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept For Subscriptions?
You can pay for your monthly, 6 months or annual subscription with credit cards or debit cards with the Visa or Mastercard. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept cheques, money orders, Visa gift cards, Maestro payments or PayPal.
You are not able to use Kingdom Box Points to purchase a recurring subscription, though points are applicable toward other purchases in The Kingdom of Beauty Shop on full-size items and Gift Subscriptions.

How Do I Update My Billing Information?
To update your billing information, first, log into your account at You will see a link on your Account and Track Box page with the heading “Update your subscription billing information” or “Manage Payment Methods.” Click on this link, enter your new information, and make sure to save.
You will then be billed instantly for that month’s box (if you have not already paid) and the box will go into the process to be received within 9 working days. If you have already paid for that month’s box – the details will save for the next billing date, the 1st, for the following month.
For customer security, please also be sure that your billing address in your account is identical to the one associated with your card.

I’m Getting An “Error” Message When Trying To Place My Order.
Not to worry! Often, this message is a result of an error in entering your payment information such as the billing address, expiration date of your card, or your card’s security code. If an order is attempted with billing information that does not match your bank’s statement, the charge may be declined.
If you would like to resubmit your order, please ensure your information is exactly as it is on your bank or credit card statement. Rest assured, you will still be able to enter a different shipping address than your billing address.
Also, please note that any time there is an attempt to charge your account, it will appear on your bank statement. Any unsuccessful charges are known as pending charges, and these – will fall off of your statement within 3-5 business days.

I Can’t Enter My Payment Info!
It sounds like you might be using Internet Explorer to place your order. Our site is not 100% compatible with Internet Explorer and for this reason, you may have issues entering your billing information. By changing the compatibility setting on your browser, you’ll be able to proceed to checkout and place your order.
On the top of your browser (embedded in the URL bar), you’ll see an icon that looks like a torn piece of paper. Please click on the icon and refresh the page. The fields to enter your billing information will appear and you should be able to safely place your order. We suggest downloading Google Chrome or Firefox for optimal use. We’d also suggest that you get in touch with your bank in case they are locking the transaction for any reason.
